Sheila Lee mastered the fine art of effective facilitation early in her career. With that she has worked with 10s of 1000s of adult learners throughout the world. Creating welcoming environments where open communication is valued, she focuses on a variety of life limiting topics. Through thought provoking discussions, experiential learning opportunities, anecdotal information sharing, and leveraging the wealth of school, work, and life experiences of each participant has resulted in great success!

Methodology
By engaging participants in active discussions, facilitators build relevance and meaning for the participants, thereby enhancing retention and maximizing the likelihood that skills learned will be applied in everyday work and life settings.
